[目的]小峰熊蜂在授粉过程中极易受到杀虫剂的影响,研究杀虫剂对小峰熊蜂的急性毒性具有重要的意义。[方法]利用连续摄入法测定了4种杀虫剂对小峰熊蜂的急性经口毒性。[结果]4种农药对小峰熊蜂工蜂24 h的致死中浓度分别为44.30、0.75、158.17、94.83 mg/L,48 h的致死中浓度分别为10.68、0.54、31.19、62.82 mg/L,而4种农药对小峰熊蜂雄性蜂的24 h的致死中浓度分别为24.23、2.16、116.63、239.95 mg/L,48 h的致死中浓度分别为8.73、1.47、69.84、129.36 mg/L。[结论]吡虫啉和呋虫胺对小峰熊蜂的毒性为高毒,而氟虫酰胺和氯虫苯甲酰胺为中等毒性;同种农药对工蜂和雄性蜂的毒力不同,在不同型蜂中的累计致死作用效果也不一样。
[Objective] The research on the acute toxicity of the insecticides to the Bombysty bee is very important in pollination. [Method] The acute oral toxicity of 4 kinds of insecticides to Boutonnons bumblebee was determined by continuous ingestion method. [Result] The lethal concentrations of four kinds of pesticides to Xiaodian bee workers were 44.30,0.75,158.17,94.83 mg / L for 24 h, and the lethal concentrations for 48 h were 10.68,0.54,31.19 and 62.82 mg / L, respectively. The 24-hour lethal concentrations of the pesticides on the bee-eaters were 24.23, 2.16, 116.63 and 239.95 mg / L, respectively, and the lethal concentrations at 48 h were 8.73, 1.47, 69.84 and 129.36 mg / L, respectively. [Conclusion] The toxicity of imidacloprid and dinotefuran to Beauveria bumblebee was highly toxic, while that of flubendiamide and chlorantraniliprole was moderately toxic. The virulence of the same pesticide to worker bees and male bees was moderate, The cumulative effect of lethal effect is not the same.
