中小企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,制约中小企业发展的一个关键问题是营销存在着缺乏先进的营销理念、营销的战略缺乏理性、营销渠道方式相对落后、营销人才流失严重等问题,本文提出了中小企业营销模式创新应做到:建立与时俱进的营销观念与渠道、打造具有战略性的营销模式、持续改进的营销相配套内容。
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are an important part of China’s national economy. One of the key problems restricting the development of SMEs is the lack of advanced marketing concepts in marketing, the lack of rational marketing strategies, the relatively backward marketing channels, and the serious loss of marketing professionals. SME marketing model innovation should be done: the establishment of marketing concepts and channels with the times, to create a strategic marketing model, continuous improvement of the marketing phase matching content.
