金相检验技术设备简单、成本低、适用性强,在电站锅炉部件检验中应用比较普遍。为了探究现场金相检验的科学操作方法,提升电站锅炉部件检验效果,对金相点选取、粗磨、细磨、抛光、侵蚀和金相组织观察具体操作环节进行详细探讨。并结合应用实例进行验证,结果表明金相检验技术具有良好的应用效果,值得推广。
Metallographic testing technology and equipment is simple, low cost, applicability, application of boiler parts in the power plant more common. In order to explore the scientific operation method of on-site metallographic examination, and to enhance the test results of power station boiler components, the detailed operation steps of metallurgical point selection, rough grinding, fine grinding, polishing, erosion and metallographic observation are discussed in detail. Combined with application examples, the results show that metallographic inspection technology has good application effect and is worthy of promotion.
