首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院基于院内人才开发的视角对新职工岗前培训的模式进行修改和设计,并基于所构建评价体系对医院2016年新职工岗前培训的满意度进行了评价分析。指出讲师因素和培训内容因素可影响满意度评价结果,为后续的新职工岗前培训优化与改革积累了一定的理论和实践经验,并从人才培养的视角提出了构建专家库挖掘院内资源,建立青年人才长效培养机制等建议。
Beijing Tongren Hospital, Capital Medical University, revises and designs the model of new employee pre-service training based on the perspective of hospital personnel development. Based on the evaluation system, the satisfaction of the new staff pre-job training in the hospital was evaluated and analyzed. It is pointed out that the factors of lecturer and content of training can affect the result of satisfaction evaluation, which has accumulated some theoretical and practical experience for the follow-up pre-service training optimization and reform.
