为研究重型车辆提升桥空气悬架设计方法,基于Matlab/Simulink建立了半车四自由度非线性模型,仿真计算了车辆行驶时的车轮动载荷,采用道路损伤系数对重型车辆的道路友好性进行评价。结果表明:提升桥的使用能在相同载重量下有效减少车辆对路面的破坏;适当降低提升桥悬架刚度系数或增大悬架阻尼系数,可减小车辆道路损伤系数,提高车辆的道路友好性。
In order to study the design method of air suspension for lifting bridge of heavy vehicles, a four-degree-of-freedom nonlinear model of half-car was established based on Matlab / Simulink.
