预算管理是企业财务管理的重要内容之一,也是企业提高内部控制水平的重要手段和途径,有利于推动企业的改革和转型,使企业在新时期获得更快更好的发展。但是,在实际的预算管理工作中还存在一些问题,影响了预算管理工作积极作用的充分发挥。基于此,本文将以集团公司为例,阐述企业预算管理工作中存在的一些难点问题,并结合笔者自己的工作经验提出几点相关的对策和建议,希望可以为企业加强预算管理提供一些帮助。
Budget management is an important part of the financial management of an enterprise. It is also an important means and means for an enterprise to improve its internal control level. It is conducive to promoting the reform and transformation of enterprises and enabling the enterprises to achieve faster and better development in the new era. However, there are still some problems in the actual budget management, affecting the full play of the positive role of budget management. Based on this, this article will take Group Corporation as an example to explain some difficult problems existing in enterprise budget management, and put forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions based on the author’s own work experience.
