为探讨山莨菪碱(654-2)的细胞保护机制,本文采用离体大鼠心脏和离体成年大鼠心肌细胞缺氧—再给氧(A/R)模型,观察了654-2对细胞钙稳态的调节作用和心肌保护作用,并与异搏定比较。结果发现,再灌期应用654-2显著抑制心肌对~(45)Ca~(2+)的摄取(P<0.01)和心肌总钙含量的增加(P<0.05),减少组织蛋白漏出
In order to investigate the cytoprotective mechanism of anisodamine (654-2), we isolated rat heart and isolated rat cardiac myocyte hypoxia-reoxygenation (A / R) Calcium homeostasis and myocardial protection, and compared with verapamil.
