介绍了一种中心频率为35GHz,带宽为±2.5GHz的混合集成检波器设计方法及测试结果。该检波器输入端口为标准矩形波导,通过探针到微带的过渡,采用高频电磁场仿真软件和微波电路CAD软件完成该检波器的设计。测试结果表明,该设计方法实现的检波器具有优良的性能。
A design method and test results of a hybrid integrated detector with a center frequency of 35GHz and a bandwidth of ± 2.5GHz are introduced. The detector input port for the standard rectangular waveguide, through the probe to the microstrip transition, the use of high-frequency electromagnetic field simulation software and microwave circuit CAD software to complete the design of the detector. The test results show that the design of the detector with excellent performance.
