<正>1.Differential expression of ubiquitin and UCHL-1 in hypothalamus of diet-induced obese and diet-resistant rats王启明田德润蔡滢魏中南天津医科大学解剖学教研室天津300070 Obesity has become a globalepidemic and contributes to the increasing burden of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.However,the precisemolecular mechanisms of obesity remain poody elucidated.This study investigated the hypothalamus protein profile in dietinducedobese(DIO)and diet-resistant(DR)rats using two dimensional gel electrophoresis(2-DE)combined with MALDITOF/TOF-MS analysis.Twenty-two proteins were identified in the hypothalamus of DIO or DR rats.These proteins areinvolved in metabolism enzymes,antioxidant proteins,proteasome related proteins and signaling proteins.Among theseproteins,in comparison with normal-diet group,Ubiquitin was significantly decreased in DR group but not changed in DIOgroup,while ubiquitincarboxyl-terminal esterase L1(UCHL1)was decreased in DIO group but not changed in DR group.Theexpression level of ubiquitin and UCHL1 were further validated by Western blot analysis.Our study reveals that Ubiquitin andUCHL are obesity-related factors in hypothalamus and they may play an important role in genesis of DR or DIO.2.极限负荷运动后大脑皮质iNOS和HIF-1α的动态变化袁琼嘉龚琳淯李雪成都体育学院运动解剖教研室成都610041研究极限负荷运动后大鼠大脑皮层iNOS和HIF-1α的动态变化,探讨iNOS和HIF-1α的动
