纵观17世纪以来的中俄关系史,和平是主流,中间有几次兵戎相见,差不多都发生在东北地区。规模最大的一次,就是1900年的东北之战。双方参战兵力总和达30多万,历时将近半年。对这场战争的正义的反侵略的性质,史学界早有定论,本文不准备再加讨论。作者试图从维护中华民族根本利益的角度,对这场战争的开战时机、战时指导、终战决策进行反思。不妥之处,请各位同行予以指正。 Looking at the history of Sino-Russian relations since the 17th century, peace is the mainstream. There are several times in the middle between military operations and fighting. Almost all of them take place in the northeast region. The largest one is the Battle of Northeast China in 1900. The total amount of both participating troops reached more than 300,000, which lasted nearly six months. The historical anti-aggression nature of the war has long been conclusive. This article is not intended to be further discussed. The author attempts to reflect on the timing of war, the guidance in wartime and the strategy of final battle in the perspective of safeguarding the fundamental interests of the Chinese nation.
