介绍一种轻量化四连杆联轴器金属橡胶关节。金属橡胶关节通过选用铝合金材料减轻自重,并通过FEA计算、预压缩验证、疲劳试验、小批量生产验证来验证轻量化金属橡胶关节的可行性。在轴重不变的情况下,零部件轻量化设计可以减轻列车自重、增加载重,符合机车车辆轻量化的发展趋势。
Describe a lightweight four-link coupling metal rubber joints. Metal-rubber joints reduce weight by using aluminum alloy materials and verify the feasibility of lightweight metal-rubber joints through FEA calculations, pre-compression verification, fatigue tests, and low volume production verification. Under the condition of unchanged axle load, the lightweight design of components can reduce the weight of the train and increase the load, which is in line with the trend of lightweight rolling stock.
