目的观察50亿/g孢子白僵菌饵剂对蟑螂的杀灭效果。方法实验室及现场杀灭试验。结果实验室对德国小蠊LT501.71d(1.62～1.81),美洲大蠊LT504.25d(3.97～5.24),模拟现场12d德国小蠊和美洲大蠊杀灭率均达100%;现场RPI7d28.63、14d7.93、30d4.90、60d8.36。结论50亿/g孢子白僵菌饵剂实验室及现场防治蟑螂效果良好。
Objective To observe the bactericidal effect of 5 billion / g baizon fungus bait on cockroaches. Methods Laboratory and field kill test. Results The killing rate of Blattella germanica at LT501.71d (1.62-1.81) and S. americana at LT504.25d (3.97-5.24) were both 100% in the simulated field for 12 days. The on-site RPI7d28.63 , 14d7.93, 30d4.90, 60d8.36. Conclusion 5 billion / g B. bassiana bait laboratory and on-site control of cockroaches good effect.
