Marx’s communication theory, communication means between people, a process of interaction between countries and regions, there is matter, language and spiritual interaction. Man is thought is the important content of Marx’s communication theory, introduce the man is thinking of colleges and universities thought politics theory class teaching aims to improve the teaching effectiveness. Marx man is thought as the ideological and political theory class teaching method improvement provides a new field of vision, to solve the problem of shortage of the current ideological and political theory class interaction between teachers and students, is a new exploration. Its significance lies in the realization of the ideological and political theory course teaching goal, promote the all-round development of college students; To improve ideological and political theory course teaching method, improve students’ learning enthusiasm, initiative, and the purpose of education.In the first, interpretation of Marx’s thoughts on human interaction, summing up the basic content of man thought, analysis of Marx’s human relations the guiding significance of ideological and political theory class teaching in colleges and universities, points out that Marx human interaction for ideological and political theory course teaching innovation provides a new perspective. Secondly, using the way of questionnaire survey, interview, data access, classroom communication present situation in colleges and universities, especially the ideological and political theory course communication present situation investigation, summarizes the traditional pattern of ideological and political theory course, and lack of communication of ideological and political theory course for reason analysis. Finally, by adopting the combination of theoretical research and practical exploration, Marx man is thinking in the teaching of ideological and political theory course in universities use the problem analysis. Respectively from the change of traditional thinking, establish communicative rationality; To optimize the teaching process, through communication concept; Enrich the teaching content, teaching communication knowledge; Improving teaching methods, to meet the need of communication four aspects, from theory to practice to explore the interaction theory in the teaching of ideological and political theory course in universities.
