微藻作为重要的生物能源原料,具有巨大的生物质生产潜力。本文结合目前能源微藻在藻种选育、规模培养以及生物炼制方面的研究现状和发展中存在的问题,综述了近年来各国在微藻能源开发方面的重要科研工作,并对微藻能源开发的相关研究方向和进展进行了评述和预测,对能源微藻生物炼制的关键科学问题进行了分析,指出了在高产优质藻种筛选与培育、能源微藻规模化培养以及微藻生物炼制中需要解决的关键科学问题,并提出微藻生物质综合利用以及生态养殖是我国能源微藻产业发展的重要方向。
Microalgae, as an important bio-energy raw material, has great potential for biomass production. In this paper, the current research status quo and development problems of algae breeding, scale culture and biorefinery in current microalgae are reviewed in this paper. The important scientific research work on microalgae energy development in various countries in recent years is reviewed. The microalgae energy Development and research direction and progress were reviewed and predicted the key scientific issues of energy microalgae biorefinery were analyzed, pointed out that in the high yield and quality of algae screening and breeding, energy microalgae culture and microalgae biotechnology refining System needs to be resolved in the key scientific issues, and put forward the comprehensive utilization of microalgae biomass and ecological farming is an important direction for the development of China’s energy microalgae industry.
