对我省15个袋栽香菇主要菌株进行单孢分离,对它们的交配型基因进行了分析与鉴定.结果发现,这15个菌株的A因子和B因子各有5个等位基因.15个袋栽香菇菌株可归为6类交配型基因型:L27、L087和Cr02同属A1A2B1B2;L135、L939和L9015同属A3A4B3B4;L241 4属A3A5B3B5;Cr33、Cr62、Cr66和闽丰一号同属A1A5B1B5;Cr04、L42和L26同属A1A3B1B5;Cr52属A1A5B1B3.在此基础上,结合菌株选育背景和RAPD分析结果建立了我省袋栽香菇主要菌株的品种鉴别方法.
The main strains of 15 bagged shiitake mushrooms in our province were isolated and their mating genes were analyzed and identified.The results showed that there were 5 alleles in each of A and B factors Bagged mushroom strains can be classified into six types of mating type genotypes: L27, L087 and Cr02 belong to the same A1A2B1B2; L135, L939 and L9015 belong to the same A3A4B3B4; L241 4 genera A3A5B3B5; Cr33, Cr62, Cr66 and Minfeng 1 belong to A1A5B1B5; Cr04, L42 and L26 belonged to A1A3B1B5 and Cr52 belonged to A1A5B1B3. On the basis of this, based on the background of breeding and the results of RAPD analysis, the identification methods of the main strains of bagged shiitake mushrooms in our province were established.
