目的建立参七消痞颗粒中野黄芩苷和丹酚酸B的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Waters SunFireTM C_(18)(4.6×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,野黄芩苷和丹酚酸B检测波长分别为335 nm、280 nm。结果野黄芩苷和丹酚酸B分别在0.064 16~0.385 0μg和0.743~4.455μg质量范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数分别为0.999 5和0.999 4。野黄芩苷和丹酚酸B的平均加样回收率分别为101.9%和96.3%,RSD分别为1.17%和0.33%。结论本方法简单可靠,结果准确,可用于参七消痞颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of baicalin and salvianolic acid B in Shenqi xipi granules. Methods The HPLC method was used. Waters SunFireTM C 18 (4.6 × 150 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of gradient elution with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / The detection wavelength of baicalin and salvianolic acid B were 335 nm and 280 nm, respectively. Results Scutellaria baicalensis and Salvianolic acid B had a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 0.064 16-0.3855 μg and 0.743-4.455 μg, respectively, with correlation coefficients of 0.999 5 and 0.999 4, respectively. The average recoveries of baicalin and salvianolic acid B were 101.9% and 96.3%, respectively, with RSDs of 1.17% and 0.33%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and reliable, the results are accurate and can be used for quality control of Shenqixianpi particles.
