干姜具有温中散寒,回阳通脉,燥湿消痰之功效。常用于脘腹冷痛,呕吐泻泄,肢冷脉微,痰饮喘咳,是中医临床常用的中药。在对医药销售单位和医院中药房检查时经常发现有两种不同色泽和质地的干姜。一种为色泽鲜黄,粉性较强,质地较疏松;另一种为浅灰棕色,纤维性强,质地有柔韧性。这两种干姜的质量优劣,说法不同,意见不一。为此,笔者按《中国药典1995年版》干姜项下规定,进行了总灰分检查和挥发油含量测定,实验结果如下。

Commonly used in abdominal cold pain, vomiting and diarrhea, cold extremities, micro veins, phlegm drinking cough, is a traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine. When examining medical sales units and hospital pharmacies, ginger is often found in two different shades and textures. One is bright yellow color, strong powder, loose texture; the other is light gray brown, strong fiber, flexible texture. The quality of these two kinds of dried ginger is different, and opinions differ. For this reason, the author carried out the total ash check and the determination of volatile oil content according to the provisions of the “Chinese Pharmacopoeia 1995 Edition” Gan Jiang, and the experimental results are as follows.
