现在建设项目的安全评价,尤其是危险化学品建设项目的安全评价内容中,有些安监部门以及报告评审专家都明确要求,要在报告中指出建设项目的卫生防护距离是否符合要求。在实际操作中,有时发生直接将卫生防护距离标准当作安全距离标准来使用的情况,实际上两者之间区别很大。因此,笔者就卫生防护距离与安全距离(间距)从定义、适用要求等方面进行分析,并对两者在安全评价中的应用提出一些看法和建议。 Now the safety evaluation of construction projects, especially in the safety assessment of dangerous chemicals construction projects, some safety supervision departments and the report reviewers have clearly required that the report indicate whether the health protection distance of the construction projects meets the requirements. Therefore, the author analyzes the definition of health protection distance and safety distance (spacing) from the definition and application requirements, and puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the application of the two in the safety evaluation.
