基于社会认知理论对道德认同和伦理型领导的影响关系以及管理者的集体认同和利益相关者导向决策价值观在两者之间所起的边界作用进行了研究。通过对技术型制造民营企业的134个团队主管及其下属员工进行调研,并采用回归分析、Bootstrap等研究方法对数据进行分析,提出的假设模型均得到观测数据支持。研究结果表明:管理者的道德认同和伦理型领导显著正相关,管理者的集体认同和利益相关者导向决策价值观分别正向调节道德认同和伦理型领导的关系,并且集体认同通过影响利益相关者导向决策价值观调节上述关系。
Based on the social cognitive theory of ethical identity and ethical leadership of the relationship between managers and the collective identity and stakeholder-oriented decision values in the border between the two played a role. Through the research of 134 team leaders and their subordinate employees in the technology-based private enterprises, the data are analyzed by regression analysis, Bootstrap and other research methods, and the proposed hypothetical models are supported by the observed data.
