2012年教育部提出的卓越法律人才培养的目标,法学双语教学工作就显得非常重要。虽然自2001年起,我国高校就开展了法学双语教学工作,并取得了多方面的成果。但是双语教学工作仍然存在着很多问题,包括教学理念落后、双语师资能力不足、双语教学及学习环境差、授课及考核的方式方法等这多方面的问题。针对上述问题,确立“授之以渔”的双语教学理念,提高法学专业师资的英语应用能力,努力营造双语教学及学生学习的双语环境,并且要改革传统的授课方式和考核方式,加大平时课堂表现的分值,促进学生学习的主动性。
In 2012, the Ministry of Education proposed the goal of cultivating outstanding legal personnel and bilingual education in law schools is very important. Although since 2001, China’s colleges and universities have carried out bilingual teaching of law and made many achievements. However, there are still many problems in bilingual teaching, including the backward teaching philosophy, the lack of bilingual teaching ability, the poor bilingual teaching and learning environment, and the methods and methods of teaching and assessment. In view of the above problems, we should establish a bilingual teaching philosophy of “giving education to students” and improve the English proficiency of law professors. We should strive to create a bilingual environment for bilingual teaching and student learning, and reform the traditional teaching methods and assessment methods.
