目的 观察糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中钙镁离子三磷酸腺甙酶 (Ca2 + Mg2 + ATPase)活性的变化 ,分析影响糖尿病视网膜病变发生发展的有关因素。方法 用孔雀绿比色分析法对糖尿病大鼠发病后不同时期视网膜组织中Ca2 + Mg2 + ATPase活性进行了检测 ,并对空腹血中血糖水平、糖基化血红蛋白含量与视网膜组织中Ca2 +和Mg2 +含量及病程的关系进行了分析。结果 糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中Ca2 + Mg2 + ATPase活性明显下降 ,Mg2 +含量下降。Ca2 +含量增高。Ca2 + Mg2 + ATPase活性与空腹血糖水平、糖基化血红蛋白含量、视网膜组织中Ca2 +和Mg2 +含量及病程密切相关。结论 糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中Ca2 + Mg2 + ATPase活性下降可能是糖尿病视网膜病变的病理基础之一。
Objective To observe the changes of Ca2 +, Mg2 +, ATPase activities in the retina of diabetic rats and to analyze the related factors that affect the occurrence and development of diabetic retinopathy. Methods The activity of Ca2 + Mg2 + ATPase in retinal tissue of diabetic rats at different stages after onset of disease was detected by malachite green colorimetric assay. The levels of fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and the levels of Ca2 + and Mg2 + Content and duration of the relationship was analyzed. Results The activity of Ca2 + Mg2 + ATPase in retina of diabetic rats decreased significantly and the content of Mg2 + decreased. Ca2 + content increased. Ca2 + Mg2 + ATPase activity and fasting blood glucose levels, glycosylated hemoglobin content, retinal Ca2 + and Mg2 + content and duration are closely related. Conclusion The decreased activity of Ca2 + Mg2 + ATPase in the retina of diabetic rats may be one of the pathological basis of diabetic retinopathy.
