随着教育改革的不断深入,人们对高职教育的认知正在发生潜移默化的转变,对高职教育人才培养的目标要求也发生了历史性的变革。实践证明,高职学生幸福能力的提升对于高职学生的全面发展具有积极的推动作用,是合格的综合型人才培养的重要动力源。文章从高职学生幸福能力培养的道德路径入手,对社会公德教育、职业道德教育、家庭美德教育等三元视域进行系统研究,来提升高职学生的幸福能力。
With the continuous deepening of education reform, people’s perception of higher vocational education is undergoing subtle changes, and the requirements of the target of personnel training in higher vocational education also have undergone a historic change. Practice has proved that the improvement of the happiness ability of vocational students has a positive role in promoting the all-round development of vocational students and is an important source of motivation for qualified qualified personnel training. This article begins with the moral path of cultivating the happiness ability of higher vocational students and systematically studies the three-dimensional visual field of social morality education, professional ethics education and family virtue education so as to enhance the students’ happiness ability.
