行政改革、依法行政涉及到方方面面，行政责任问题是其中的关键之一。尤其是全球化发展的背景下，政府治理的责任问题更显得重要。本文界定了行政责任的概念后，论述了其与全球化的关系，即全球化背景下重新探讨行政责任的必要性。进而对现存问题提出了几点建议，并对未来行政责任发展作了设想，达到增强政府责任性的目标。 Administrative reform and administration according to law involve all aspects. The issue of administrative responsibility is one of the key issues. Especially in the context of globalization, the issue of the responsibility of government governance is even more important. After defining the concept of administrative responsibility, this article discusses its relationship with globalization, that is, the necessity of reexamining administrative responsibility under the background of globalization. And then put forward some suggestions to the existing problems, and envisaged the future development of administrative responsibility, to achieve the goal of enhancing the government’s responsibility.
