利用先进的双钨铼微热电偶技术, 研究了GAP/AN 推进剂的燃烧波温度分布。GAP/AN推进剂的燃烧波可以分为凝聚相反应区、暗区、气相反应区。硝酸酯BG及高氯酸铵对GAP/AN 推进剂的燃烧波结构有显著的影响,硝酸酯BG导致推进剂的燃速降低,压强指数升高;高氯酸铵的影响恰好相反。凝聚相反应的温度梯度及暗区厚度是影响推进剂燃速及压强指数的主要因素。
The temperature distribution of the combustion wave of GAP / AN propellants was studied using the advanced dual tungsten rhenium thermocouple technique. The combustion wave of GAP / AN propellant can be divided into condensed phase reaction zone, dark zone and gas phase reaction zone. Nitrate BG and ammonium perchlorate had a significant effect on the combustion wave structure of GAP / AN propellants. Nitrate BG led to the decrease of the burning rate of propellants and the increase of the pressure index. The effect of ammonium perchlorate was the opposite. The temperature gradient and the dark area thickness of the condensed phase are the main factors affecting the burning rate and the pressure index of the propellant.
