我国稻田养鱼有悠久的历史。据1700多年以前的《魏武四时食制》记载:“郫县子鱼,黄鳞赤尾,出稻田,可以为酱。”陕西省勉县老道乡五里村东汉墓,四川省新津县宝子山乡东汉墓和绵阳县新皂乡东汉墓的考古结果证明:远在2000年以前,稻田养鱼在汉中、成都等地就已普遍存在。但由于受小农经济和科学技术发展水平等因素的制约,“稻田养鱼不为
