探讨了采用多坯料挤压法制备铝/黄铜复合棒材的可能性, 研究了挤压成形特点、界面结合情况, 分析了沿界面附近合金元素的扩散行为。结果表明, 挤压力变化规律与材料填充焊合腔、挤压复合成形特征相吻合; 复合材界面附近合金元素的扩散明显, 并形成具有不同衬度特征的扩散层; 挤压温度升高, 扩散层厚度增大; 棒材沿纵向和横向复合均匀, 界面为冶金结合, 焊合质量良好。挤压温度过高或过低导致界面结合强度降低。
The possibility of preparing aluminum / brass composite bars by multi-blank extrusion was discussed. The extrusion forming characteristics and interfacial bonding were analyzed. The diffusion behavior of alloying elements along the interface was analyzed. The results show that the variation law of extrusion pressure agrees with that of the material filled welding cavity and extrusion compounding. The diffusion of alloying elements near the interface of composite material is obvious and the diffusion layer with different contrast features is formed. With the increase of extrusion temperature, The thickness of the diffusion layer increases; the rods are uniformly combined in the longitudinal and transverse directions, the interface is metallurgical and the welding quality is good. Extrusion temperature is too high or too low, resulting in reduced interface bonding strength.
