从国外产品中分离得到一株PGPR菌株,编号为B-1;观察了该菌株的形态大小和菌落形态,进行了生理生化反应,通过热变性法测定其G+C(鸟嘌呤-胞嘧啶)摩尔分数为47.2%,鉴定该菌株为短芽孢杆菌(Bacillus brevis);通过小麦水培实验研究了该菌株对小麦株高和鲜重的影响,地上部鲜重较对照增加10.64%,株高较对照增加6.75%;玉米盆栽实验证实该菌株实验效果优于胶质芽孢杆菌菌株,株高较对照增加8.0%,叶面积增加5.6%.
A strain of PGPR was isolated from foreign products and was identified as B-1. Morphological and colony morphology of the strain was observed. Physiological and biochemical reactions were carried out. The G + C (guanine-cytosine) The mole fraction was 47.2%. The strain was identified as Bacillus brevis. The effect of the strain on the plant height and fresh weight of wheat was studied by hydroponic experiment in wheat. The fresh weight of shoot increased by 10.64% The control increased by 6.75%. The corn pot experiment confirmed that the strain was superior to the strain Bacillus pallidum, the plant height increased by 8.0% and the leaf area increased by 5.6%.
