目的:分析研究唐古特大黄(R-M-B)抗氧化作用。方法:唐古特大黄(R-M-B)抗氧化作用的研究采用Na2S2O3-I2(碘量)法及DDPH·(二苯代苦味酰基自由基)法测定R-M-B提取物的抗氧化作用,结果:不同溶剂R-M-B提取物对高原菜籽油的抗氧化作用依次是磷酸盐缓冲液>水>冰乙酸>甲醇>氯仿>正己烷>乙酸己酯>石油醚;不同浓度乙醇溶液R-M-B提取物,对DPPH·清除率依次是50%乙醇>75%乙醇>30%乙醇>95%乙醇>无水乙醇。结论:在两种实验方法中,证明R-M-B提取物具有一定的抗氧化作用。
Objective: To analyze the antioxidant effect of R-M-B. METHODS: Antioxidant effect of rhubarb (RMB) was studied using the Na2S2O3-I2 (iodine) method and DDPH (diphenylbenzopicolyl radical) method to determine the antioxidant effect of RMB extracts. Result: Different solvent RMB extraction The antioxidation of the rapeseed oil on the plateau was followed by phosphate buffer> water> glacial acetic acid> methanol> chloroform> n-hexane> hexyl acetate> petroleum ether; RMB extracts of different concentrations of ethanol solution, DPPH · clearance rate It is 50% ethanol> 75% ethanol> 30% ethanol> 95% ethanol> anhydrous ethanol. CONCLUSION: In both experimental methods, it was demonstrated that R-M-B extracts have a certain degree of antioxidant activity.
