针对云南天安化工有限公司单段闭路湿法磨矿工艺存在的问题,改进湿法磨矿工艺,引入槽式洗矿机,并将矿浆分级设备由斜板分级机改造为旋流器。改进后磨矿浓度w(固)由55%提高至70%,台时负荷可提高20 t,最终产品矿浆的细度得到显著提高,浓密机的工况得到改善,电耗减少2.5 kW·h/t,磨矿生产成本显著下降。 Aiming at the problems existing in the single-stage closed-circuit wet grinding process of Yunnan Tian’an Chemical Co., Ltd., the wet grinding process is improved and the trough type ore washing machine is introduced. The slurry classification equipment is transformed from the inclined plate classifier to the cyclone. After the improvement, the grinding concentration w (solid) increased from 55% to 70%, the load on stage could be increased by 20t, the fineness of the final product pulp was significantly improved, the working condition of thickener was improved and the power consumption was reduced by 2.5 kW · h / t, grinding production costs dropped significantly.
