人事档案作为企业考察员工、选拔人才的参考资料对企业而言有着重要作用。它所具有的动态性、分散性等特点,更是要求我们要在人事档案的管理过程中做好材料的收集和鉴别工作,为企业积攒资料,为人事工作服务。本文结合了青海油田公司人事档案实行集中统一管理的优势和经验,谈一谈人事档案在材料的收集和鉴别工作中常见的问题,并提出相应的解决策略。
Personnel files as a business inspection staff, selection of personnel reference material for enterprises has an important role. It has the dynamics, decentralization and other characteristics, but also requires that we in the personnel file management process to do a good job in the collection and identification of materials for the business to save information, work for personnel services. This paper combines the advantages and experience of centralized and unified management of personnel files in Qinghai Oilfield Company, talks about the common problems in the personnel files collection and identification, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
