城市轨道交通站是城市轨道交通的窗口单位,站务人员的素质和能力高低直接关系着社会对城市轨道的评价,城市轨道的发展,新时期要结合时代和社会的发展,及时有效地开展城市轨道交通站务人员的岗位培训工作,满足经济和社会进步的需要。本文根据城市轨道交通站的实际工作,提出了城市轨道交通站务人员岗位培训工作中应该注意的培训思路、培训方法、培训需求、狠抓落实等问题,希望对提高城市轨道交通站务人员岗位培训工作质量有所启迪。
