近十年来,我国航运业取得了长足的发展,但航运服务业相对滞后。其中,劳动密集型的海运辅助业企业规模较小,经营相对分散,航运服务附加值较低;知识密集型的航运服务缺乏,尚未形成有效的航运交易市场;航运融资、海事保险、海事法律、航运交易、航运咨询、评估公证等方面的航运相关服务发展缓慢。这些成为阻碍我国走向国际航运强国的不可忽视的因素。
In the past ten years, China’s shipping industry has made great strides, but its shipping service industry lags behind. Among them, the labor-intensive maritime auxiliary enterprises are relatively small in scale, with relatively decentralized operations and low added value of shipping services. The lack of knowledge-intensive shipping services has not yet formed an effective shipping market. Shipping financing, maritime insurance, maritime law, Shipping related services such as shipping transactions, shipping advice, assessment notarization have been slow to develop. These have become a factor that can not be ignored in hindering our country from becoming a world shipping power.
