目的探讨慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者应用低蛋白饮食治疗的短期疗效,总结使用经验。方法19例CRF患者按每日蛋白质摄入量0.6g/kg,能量125.52~146.44kJ.kg-1.d-1,全部或部分采用麦淀粉代替主食并设计个体化食谱,观察患者顺应性、肾功能及营养状况。结果低蛋白饮食治疗后患者血尿素氮、肌酐较治疗前降低,差异有显著意义;血清总蛋白、白蛋白及血红蛋差异无显著性。1例患者SGA营养评价好转,其他患者营养评价无变化。结论合理的优质低蛋白饮食能改善患者的临床症状,防止患者发生营养不良。
Objective To explore the short-term curative effect of low protein diet in patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) and to summarize the experience. Methods Nineteen patients with CRF were enrolled in this study. The daily intake of protein 0.6g / kg and energy 125.52-146.44kJ.kg-1.d-1, all or part of the use of wheat starch instead of staple foods and design of individualized diet, observe the patient compliance, Renal function and nutritional status. Results After treatment with low protein diet, blood urea nitrogen and creatinine were lower than before treatment, and the difference was significant. There was no significant difference in serum total protein, albumin and hemoglobin between the two groups. SGA nutrition evaluation improved in 1 patient, and no change in nutrition evaluation in other patients. Conclusion Reasonable, high-quality, low-protein diet can improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and prevent malnutrition in patients.
