基于连续变频技术的三维图像激光打印方法与系统

提出了一种基于4f成像系统和衍射光栅结构的连续变频技术,利用该技术设计并制造了一套三维(3D)图像激光打印系统,可实现幅面为15cm×20cm的大视角(大于90°)、真彩色3D图像的激光打印输出。分析了3D图像中的变频结构特性,获得了变频结构参数的数学表达式。详细解析了连续变频结构的实现原理,推导了变频规律。通过实验证实了连续变频原理与输出系统的有效性,实现了彩色3D图像的激光打印输出。 A continuous variable frequency (VF) technology based on 4f imaging system and diffraction grating structure is proposed. A set of three dimensional (3D) image laser printing system is designed and manufactured by this technology. It can realize large viewing angle (more than 90 °) with a width of 15cm × 20cm, , True color 3D image laser print output. The structure of frequency conversion in 3D image is analyzed, and the mathematical expression of frequency conversion structure parameters is obtained. Detailed analysis of the realization of the principle of continuous variable frequency structure, derived the law of frequency conversion. The experiment verified the validity of continuous frequency conversion principle and output system and realized the laser printout of color 3D image.
