探讨了超临界CO_2萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间、夹带剂浓度对白芍总苷萃取率的影响,并用正交实验法进一步优化超临界CO_2萃取的工艺条件。实验结果表明:萃取压力对白芍总苷的萃取影响最大,夹带剂浓度影响最小。因此,超临界CO_2萃取白芍总苷的最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力25MPa,萃取温度45℃,萃取时间150min,夹带剂浓度是85%。
The effects of supercritical CO_2 extraction pressure, extraction temperature, extraction time and entrainer concentration on the extraction yield of total glucosides of paeoniae alba were discussed. The orthogonal experiment was used to further optimize the technological conditions of supercritical CO_2 extraction. The experimental results show that extraction pressure has the strongest influence on the extraction of total glucosides of paeony and the influence of entrainer concentration is the least. Therefore, the optimum conditions for the extraction of total glucosides of paeony were as follows: extraction pressure 25MPa, extraction temperature 45 ℃, extraction time 150min, entrainer concentration 85%.
