目的研究桃胶多糖、抗性淀粉、低聚果糖对糖耐量受损大鼠血糖的影响。方法采用小剂量注射四氧嘧啶加高糖高脂饲料复制糖耐量受损大鼠模型,将大鼠模型分为桃胶多糖组、抗性淀粉组、低聚果糖组,分别予桃胶多糖、抗性淀粉、低聚果糖各5g/(kg·d)连续灌胃20d后,检测糖耐量的变化。结果桃胶多糖组、抗性淀粉组、低聚果糖组与模型组比较,均能降低30min血糖值(P<0.01),3个干预组之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3个干预组与模型组比较60、90、120min3个时点的血糖值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论桃胶多糖、抗性淀粉、低聚果糖均能改善葡萄糖耐量。
Objective To study the effects of peach gum polysaccharides, resistant starch and fructooligosaccharides on blood glucose in impaired glucose tolerance rats. Methods Small dose of alloxan plus high glucose and high fat diet was used to reproduce the model of impaired glucose tolerance in rats. The rats were divided into peach gum polysaccharide group, resistant starch group and fructooligosaccharide group, Resistant starch, fructooligosaccharides of 5g / (kg · d) after continuous gavage 20d, the detection of glucose tolerance changes. Results Compared with the model group, peach gum polysaccharide, resistant starch and fructooligosaccharides decreased blood glucose level for 30 minutes (P <0.01), but no significant difference was found between the three intervention groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in blood glucose between the three intervention groups and the model group at 60, 90 and 120 minutes (P> 0.05). Conclusion Polygonatum polysaccharide, resistant starch, fructooligosaccharides can improve glucose tolerance.
