目的:探讨鼻唇沟带蒂皮瓣联合局部翻转瘢痕瓣修复鼻翼缺损的临床效果。方法:2012年9月至2015年9月，广西医科大学第一附属医院整形美容外科收治6例不同原因造成鼻翼全层缺损患者，男3例，女3例，年龄25～39岁，平均32岁。用鼻唇沟带蒂皮瓣覆盖，联合缺损鼻翼局部瘢痕翻转瓣做衬里修复鼻翼全层缺损。术后观察皮瓣血运情况及远期鼻翼修复效果。结果:6例患者转移皮瓣均成活，其中1例患者翻转瘢痕瓣远端出现少许坏死，经局部换药及清痂后愈合良好。随访6～12个月，重建的鼻翼大小、质地、颜色与健侧相近，鼻孔形态良好，鼻腔无通气障碍，供区可见线性瘢痕，无明显皱褶、臃肿等，患者对外观满意。结论:鼻唇沟带蒂皮瓣联合鼻翼缺损局部瘢痕瓣翻转做衬里，结合较韧翻转瘢痕瓣的支撑，是一种修复鼻翼全层缺损的较好方法。“,”Objective:To investigate the effect of repairing nasal alar defect with nasolabial sulcus flap combined and local scar flip flap.Methods:From September 2012 to September 2015, 6 patients with nasal alar defect received treatment. The nasal alar defect was repaired with the nasolabial sulcus flap, combined with local scar flip flap or dorsum scar flap flip, 3 males and 3 females, aged 25-39 years, with an average of 32 years.Results:This group of 6 patients with skin flap survived completely, 1 patient distal appear parts a little scar flap necrosis, with treatment and wound recovered well after debridement. Post-operative follow-up for 6 months to 12 months showed satisfactory results with good appearance, no scar, cat ears, etc.Conclusions:Application of nasolabial sulcus flap combined with local scar flip flap in the repair of nasal alar defect, the shape of nose is well after repairing. So that is an ideal method of tissue defect to repair nasal alar.
