随着高校毕业生就业形势日趋严峻,加强学生的职业能力的培养,提升学生就业竞争力,是高等职业技术院校当前面临的一项重要任务。文章分析了当前高职教育中存在的问题,结合考察美国社区学院对学生职业能力培养的做法,提出了高职院校加强学生职业能力培养的对策措施。 With the employment situation of college graduates becoming more and more serious, it is an important task for higher vocational and technical colleges to strengthen the training of students’ occupational ability and enhance their employment competitiveness. This article analyzes the existing problems in higher vocational education, combined with the study of the American community college students’ ability to cultivate students’ professional ability, puts forward countermeasures to improve students’ professional ability training in higher vocational colleges.
