走出国门获取资源类产品是保障国民经济发展的重要手段.浙江民营企业在"走出去"的实践中取得了相当的成绩,但也还存在不少问题.本文分析了"走出去"的多种形式,建议企业要充分考虑自身实力和经验以及竞争对手的情况,应以合资、合作、合作开发及补偿贸易为主,适当运用并购等方式,本文认为独资和并购不是目前民营企业"走出去"获取资源的主要方式.
