2009年以来,根据国家人社部、安徽省人社厅安排部署,我市组织实施了事业单位岗位设置工作。为进一步加强我市事业单位岗位管理工作,推动岗位管理工作逐步走上正轨化、制度化轨道,更好的服务于经济社会发展,市人力资源和社会保障局事业单位人事管理科开展了专题调研活动,就我市事业单位岗位管理现状、存在问题提出相应的对策和建议。一、我市事业单位岗位设置和聘用管理基本情况1.岗位设置情况。全市现有应实施岗位设置和人员聘用工作的事业单位1272个,其中,市直 Since 2009, according to the arrangements of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of Anhui Province and the Office of Human Resources and Social Security of Anhui Province, the city has organized and implemented the post set-up of public institutions.
