课堂教学公平,是指在课堂教学中,每一个学生参与课堂学习的机会与质量的平等。实现课堂教学公平,既有利于学生身心素质健康、和谐发展,又有利于素质教育目标的真正达成。实现课堂教学公平,有赖于多个层面、多种因素的协同努力,教师由于职业角色的特殊性,无疑是决定课堂教学公平能否实现的最核心的要素。本文致力于探讨教师促进课堂教学公平的策略。
Classroom teaching equity refers to the equal opportunity and quality of each student’s participation in classroom learning in classroom teaching. To achieve fair classroom teaching is not only beneficial to the healthy and harmonious development of students’ physical and mental qualities, but also conducive to the real achievement of quality education goals. The realization of the fairness of classroom teaching depends on the coordinated efforts of multiple levels and multiple factors. Because of the special role of the professional role, teachers are undoubtedly the most essential factor in determining whether class equity can be achieved. This article is devoted to exploring strategies for teachers to promote equity in classroom teaching.
