本文在详细阐述了ARINC429总线传输规范的基础上,主要介绍了以MSP430为控制器的航空ARINC429总线测试接口电路的软硬件设计方案。该接口电路以MSP430为控制核心,采用专门的429总线接口芯片HS3282和HS3182,可以实现对429信号的两路接收和一路发送,满足了测试设备的数据采集要求。采用16位的MSP430系列单片机作为控制器可以方便处理16位的数据信息,满足了HS3282芯片对数据总线宽度的要求。最后为了保障系统能正常工作,设计了自发自收电路来验证该接口电路的可靠性以及实用性。
This article elaborated the ARINC429 bus transmission specification on the basis of, mainly introduced to the MSP430 controller ARINC429 bus test interface circuit hardware and software design. The interface circuit to MSP430 as the control center, using a dedicated 429 bus interface chip HS3282 and HS3182, 429 signals can be achieved on both receive and send all the way to meet the test equipment data acquisition requirements. The use of 16-bit MSP430 series microcontroller as a controller can easily handle 16-bit data to meet the HS3282 chip data bus width requirements. Finally, in order to ensure that the system can work normally, a spontaneous self-contained circuit is designed to verify the reliability and practicability of the interface circuit.
