分析了基于IEC61850的智能变电站的特点和体系结构,分析对比了水电厂和变电站控制的相似之处及自身的特点,提出了智能水电厂现地控制系统的实现方案。一方面,需要参考、借鉴智能变电站现有成果;另一方面,需要针对水电厂的特点开展研究。分析了智能水电厂当前的研究成果,指出了后续需要继续开展的研究工作。 The characteristics and architecture of intelligent substation based on IEC61850 are analyzed. The similarities and differences between hydropower station and substation control are analyzed and compared. The realization scheme of on - site control system of intelligent hydropower station is put forward. On the one hand, it is necessary to refer to and learn from the existing achievements of smart substation; on the other hand, we need to carry out research on the characteristics of hydropower plants. Analyzed the current research results of smart hydropower plants, pointed out the follow-up needs to continue the research work.
