针对钙芒硝具有水溶性、原矿含泥量大（＞４０％）、脱除的泥浆液固分离极难的特点，制订了高浓度自擦洗－螺旋分级机脱泥无回水洗矿工艺，中试有用成分回收率６７．１６％、脱泥率９５％。获得钙芒硝精矿用于制元明粉，生产顺行，技术经济合理。
