针对推钢机定位不准导致待锯钢材推翻、推斜的现象,通过分析发现是由于动力不均及无法同步等原因造成的。通过对现有部分设备进行改造,并优化控制程序,实现了较高的控制精度,减少了锯切周期,进一步提高了热锯锯切能力。
Pushed steel positioning for not allowed to be sawing steel to overthrow, push the phenomenon of oblique, found by analysis is due to uneven power and can not be synchronized and other causes. Through the transformation of the existing part of the equipment, and optimize the control program, to achieve a higher control accuracy, reducing the sawing cycle, and further improve the ability to saw hot sawing.
