和谐劳动关系是指劳动过程中的主体与客体之间的和谐关系,包括人与人、人与物(自然环境劳动条件等)的关系。和谐劳动关系是和谐社会的重要基础,而社会和谐又是劳动关系和谐的体现与保证。党的十七大以来,按照中央和省委的统一部署及要求,深圳非公经济党组织对构建和谐劳动关系这一重大任务进行了积极有效的探索,积累了一定的实践经验。我们对此跟踪调研,就其进展情况、存在问题以及今后非公经济党组织如何在促进和谐劳动关系中发挥作用方面提出对策建议。一、深圳非公经济党组织在推进企业发展过程中着力构建和谐劳动关系 Harmonious labor relations refers to the harmonious relationship between subject and object in the process of labor, including the relationship between people, people and things (the working conditions of natural environment, etc.). Harmonious labor relations is an important foundation for a harmonious society, and social harmony is also a manifestation and guarantee of harmonious labor relations. Since the 17th CPC National Congress, in accordance with the unified arrangements and requirements of the Central and Provincial Governments, the non-public economic party organizations in Shenzhen conducted an active and effective exploration of the important task of building a harmonious labor relations and accumulated some practical experience. We follow up on this research and make suggestions on its progress and problems as well as how non-public economic party organizations can play their part in promoting harmonious labor relations in the future. First, non-public economic party organizations in Shenzhen in the process of promoting the development of enterprises focus on building a harmonious labor relations
