和谐劳动关系是指劳动过程中的主体与客体之间的和谐关系,包括人与人、人与物(自然环境劳动条件等)的关系。和谐劳动关系是和谐社会的重要基础,而社会和谐又是劳动关系和谐的体现与保证。党的十七大以来,按照中央和省委的统一部署及要求,深圳非公经济党组织对构建和谐劳动关系这一重大任务进行了积极有效的探索,积累了一定的实践经验。我们对此跟踪调研,就其进展情况、存在问题以及今后非公经济党组织如何在促进和谐劳动关系中发挥作用方面提出对策建议。一、深圳非公经济党组织在推进企业发展过程中着力构建和谐劳动关系
