以高温合金Cr28Ni48为基础,通过添加铌和钇减少Ni元素的含量,以提高高温力学性能和降低成本。研究了时效温度、时效时间对含Nb、Y高温合金组织与性能的影响。将经1100℃固溶处理后的合金,分别在820、900、980℃时效处理24、48、72 h。对基体上析出的第二相利用扫描电镜进行金相组织观察和成分分析。结果表明:该高温合金在900℃时效48 h为最佳热处理工艺。
Based on the superalloy Cr28Ni48, niobium and yttrium are added to reduce the content of Ni to improve the high temperature mechanical properties and reduce the cost. The effects of aging temperature and aging time on microstructure and properties of Nb and Y superalloy were studied. After 1100 ℃ solution treatment, the alloys were aged at 820, 900 and 980 ℃ for 24, 48 and 72 h, respectively. The second phase precipitated on the substrate using a scanning electron microscopy microstructure observation and composition analysis. The results show that the superalloy is the best heat treatment at 900 ℃ for 48 h.
