脂肪组织是体内重要的能量储存和供应站,脂肪细胞中的三酰甘油分解代谢紊乱与肥胖等代谢疾病密切相关。在多种脂肪分解途径中,有许多机制尚未明确。已知激素敏感性脂肪酶、脂肪三酰甘油脂肪酶是重要的脂肪细胞三酰甘油水解酶,围脂滴蛋白是脂肪分解的重要调节因子。本综述将着重介绍脂肪细胞三酰甘油分解代谢的主要调节通路和上述酶及蛋白作用机制方面的研究进展。
Adipose tissue is an important energy storage and supply station in the body. The disturbance of triglyceride catabolism in adipocytes is closely related to metabolic diseases such as obesity. Many mechanisms of lipolysis have not been clarified yet. It is known that hormone-sensitive lipase, fatty triacylglycerol lipase, is an important adipocyte triglyceride hydrolase and perilipin is an important regulator of lipolysis. This review will focus on the main regulatory pathways of adipocyte triglyceride catabolism and the research progress on the mechanism of these enzymes and proteins.
