新生儿颅内出血与缺氧缺血性脑病是围生儿死亡和儿童神经系统发育异常的主要原因。二者可单独发生亦可并存 ,皆易并发低钙血症。现将我院 1994～ 1998年收治的新生儿颅内出血与缺氧缺血性脑病有血钙化验的 48例临床分析如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组男 31例 ,女 17例。
