本文针对1150万能板坯初轧机轧辊冷却效果不佳造成的使用寿命的问题,对轧辊的热传导和冷却效应进行了分析和研究,采用有限差分法对轧辊在轧制过程中的瞬态温度场进行了数值模拟,研究了在3种不同的冷却方式下轧辊的温度场,从中找到了较好的冷却方式。
In this paper, aiming at the problem of service life caused by poor cooling effect of 1150 universal blank mill, the heat conduction and cooling effect of the roll are analyzed and studied. The transient temperature field of the roll in the rolling process is analyzed by finite difference method The numerical simulation was carried out to study the temperature field of the roll under three different cooling methods and to find a better cooling method.
